N.Y. Strip, T-bone, Filet Mignon, Porterhouse and Rib-Eye

At C. Rallo Meat Market our goal is to bring you the finest quality meat at competitive prices. All our meats are graded USDA Choice or higher.

Beef:

Our case offers many traditional cuts such as Bone-in Rib-Eye, Porterhouse, T-Bone, Filet Mignon and Sirloin steak, as well as newer, more popular cuts like Flat-Iron, Skirt Steak, Tri-Tip and Baseball Steaks

We are also pleased to offer Blank Angus Beef. This cattle is picked from the top13of Choice meat, and offers a richer marbling and superior flavor. Black Angus Boneless Rib-Eye, N. Y. Strip and Sirloin can all be purchased fresh daily from our meat counter.

Specialty:

Though we pride ourselves on being a traditional Butcher Shop, we are not afraid to experiment. Using a special vacuum tumble-marinator, creations like Bourbon-Grill Steak Kabobs, Fajita Skirt Steak, Lemon-Pepper Chicken and Peppercorn Sirloin Steaks are all a possibility.

Other specialties include:

  • Homemade Meatloaf, specially seasoned and mixed with our homemade pork sausage
  • Stuffed Pork Chops, thick-cut chops filled with a Pork-Sausage dressing and topped with Paprika and Parsley
  • Beef and Cheddar Grillers (pictured below), made with thin cut Flat-Iron steak, Vermont Yellow Cheddar Cheese, and wrapped in pre-cooked bacon.
  • Stuffed Italian Steaks, tenderized Flat-Iron Steak pounded flat, seasoned with 5 different spices and stuffed with 7 kinds of cheeses, wrapped in hickory smoked bacon.

Pork:

All pork products are All-Natural Pork. Babyback Ribs, Barbecue Spare Ribs, St. Louis-style Ribs are available daily. Thick-cut Pork Steaks and Chops are all center-cuts, and try our already seasoned Smokehouse Barbecue Pork Steaks -- perfect for the grill or oven.
